Hillary Was Sleep-deprived

According to Senator Hillary Clinton in her interview with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the reason she has false memories of sniper fire in Bosnia was "I was sleep-deprived, and I misspoke."

Is that the kind of person we want answering the Red Phone at 3 am? Someone who misspeaks when they're tired and cranky?

Maybe she should have all nighttime calls forwarded to her good buddy Senator John McCain at the Old Sailor's Home. Like many of us older Americans, his sleep-wake cycle will be out of whack because of all the daytime naps he takes. At least we know he'll be awake at 3 am and not sleep-deprived.

But then again, HillaRambo and "Bomb Iran" McCain don't seem to differ much in their views, so the net result of the phone call would probably be the same: "Nuke 'em all. Let God sort 'em out."
